Reminder of the procedures
1/ Reminder of deadlines
- To inform us: You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, from the date of receipt of the goods by yourself or by a designated third party (other than the carrier).
- To return the item: Once you have submitted the cancellation form, you have a maximum of 14 days to return your merchandise. We advise you to keep your proof of shipment in case of a dispute.
- The refund: In the event of a valid cancellation, FroggyParts will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges. This refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned item or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your initial purchase.
2/ Return conditions
To be accepted, the item must be returned complete and in its original condition, accompanied by:
- Its possible accessories,
- Its possible instruction manual,
- Its label,
- Its original packaging,
- Our printed return agreement.
⚠️ Packaging rules and liability: Everything must be packaged carefully packed in a protective shipping box. You may be held liable for any depreciation of the part resulting from handling other than that necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and apparent compatibility.
Parts showing signs of assembly, use, disassembly, damage, modification, or alteration of their protective packaging may be subject to a reduction in the refund proportional to their loss in value. Electronic parts, computers, programmable modules, or any other component that has been coded, programmed, or configured specifically for a vehicle may be excluded from the right of withdrawal when the legal conditions for exclusion are met.
3/ Return cost
The direct costs of return shipping remain the sole responsibility of the Customer. It is your responsibility to arrange this transport and bear the associated costs.
4/ Exceptions
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., painting on a piece on request), nor for other legally excluded circumstances.
