In the event of breakage during transport or a defect affecting a sold item, the Customer is asked to submit their request using the form below, accompanied by any information useful for processing the claim (including...). photographs, there description of the defect, there part number and the order number).
After receiving the request, the Seller will conduct a preliminary analysis of the file and may request any additional information necessary for its processing.
