If your product is defective or does not function as expected, please complete the information below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udca1 <em>For ultra-fast processing of your case, remember to attach a photo of the problem or the part concerned if necessary.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reminder of the procedures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udce2 Reminder of the claim and warranty procedures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of breakage during transport or a defect affecting a sold item, the Customer is asked to submit their request using the form below, accompanied by any information useful for processing the claim (including...). <strong>photographs<\/strong>, there <strong>description of the defect<\/strong>, there <strong>part number<\/strong> and the <strong>order number<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving the request, the Seller will conduct a preliminary analysis of the file and may request any additional information necessary for its processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>IMPORTANT :<\/strong> When the review of the file justifies it, the Seller informs the Customer of the return procedure for the part, as well as a file number or return authorization number. <strong>No returns should be made without these prior instructions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udce6 1.
